What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: the areas you are scaling in, the property type you are looking for, what you are able to pay per unit, your name, your organisation, your email address, and anything you add in the message field. We do not ask for special category data and you should not send any.
Why we are allowed to use it
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you sent us. If your enquiry leads to an agreement, we rely on Article 6(1)(b), performance of a contract. You can object to our use of legitimate interests at any time by emailing us.
Who sees it
Our own team, and the email provider that carries the message. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within 24 months. Where an agreement is signed, we keep the records for as long as we are required to for tax and contractual purposes, which is normally six years.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@rmclivinguk.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only third party it contacts is Google Fonts, which serves the typeface. No cookie banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to. If we add analytics later, this notice and a consent banner will be added before it goes live.
